WELLNESS TEAM CHALLENGE
HELP COLLIN GET HEALTHY!
COMPETITION BEGINS August 28th AND ENDS Dec. 1st, 2017
of 5 individuals that want to win prizes, get fit, and have
accumulates points for a team grand total.
The team with
the most points at the end of the semester wins.
1 HOUR OF A
WORKOUT = 1 POINT
(may include: weight training, walking, biking, hiking,
swimming, aerobic exercise, Tai Chi, etc. and off campus
PROGRAM SEMINAR = 2 POINTS
ASSESSMENT, or ATTENDING a FREE Collin Wellness class = 2
book read and chosen by Wellness Book club = 2 POINTS
selection. Read a book selected by the Wellness Book Club
and receive 2 points!
For every 5
pounds lost or gained according to one's needs, add 1 wellness team point!
Have some fun, get your team together and get healthy in 2017!
