WELLNESS TEAM CHALLENGE

HELP COLLIN GET HEALTHY!

COMPETITION BEGINS August 28th AND ENDS Dec. 1st, 2017

 

  • Teams consist of 5 individuals that want to win prizes, get fit, and have fun!

  • Each person accumulates points for a team grand total.

  • The team with the most points at the end of the semester wins.

  • 1 HOUR OF A WORKOUT = 1 POINT
    (may include: weight training, walking, biking, hiking, swimming, aerobic exercise, Tai Chi, etc. and off campus physical activity)

  • 1 WELLNESS PROGRAM SEMINAR = 2 POINTS

  • 1 FITNESS ASSESSMENT, or ATTENDING a FREE Collin Wellness class = 2 POINTS

  • 1 wellness book read and chosen by Wellness Book club = 2 POINTS

  • Book Club selection. Read a book selected by the Wellness Book Club and receive 2 points!

  • For every 5 pounds lost or gained according to one's needs, add 1 wellness team point!

.Important Notice: Before participating in any wellness class or seminar, please complete the Medical Release/Informed Consent form and give it to your instructor or Dr. Linda Muysson.
