Reflection Quote:

"Good teaching cannot be reduced to technique- good teaching comes from the identity and integrity of the teacher.  I am glad for the methods I have gathered over the years, and I want to learn more.  But my experience .... has fortified my belief that methods are secondary.  Teaching is far more demanding of my sense of self than of my pedagogical technique."  Parker Palmer
